Capcade’s product development team is growing and we are looking for a new team member. You will be part of a self-organized agile team that is working on our FinTech product which is shaping how financial transactions are sourced, negotiated and executed.
We need you to help us build a better product by having the freedom to impact all stages of development - from idea, through development to delivery. As the product is our responsibility, we are happy to be able to choose the technology that is best suited to the needs of the product.

Within our working environment we have a flat team structure, no middle management, communication that is direct and transparent between all team members. In addition, we have an in-house product management team, so there is no communication overhead.
